A Little About Me and How I Work
Meet Michele
Real life. Real connection.
I believe in slowing down, asking thoughtful questions and creating space for what’s real. While I’m a Registered Psychotherapist, I'm also a fellow human who knows that life can be confusing, painful, beautiful, tender, and complex, often all at once. I bring warmth, honesty, and care to my work, and I value genuine connection over quick fixes.

Over the years, I’ve moved through many life stages from the carefree years of young adulthood to the busy, demanding years of parenting, work, unexpected changes and life upheavals. Now, with adult children creating lives of their own, I’m in a new chapter. These lived experiences have deepened my understanding of life’s complexities and continue to shape how I show up as a therapist: with openness, grounded insight, and genuine presence.

On top of Cox Bay Lookout, Tofino, B.C. — hair wild, heart full. This hike was steep, messy, and a little challenging … but worth it. Much like life, and much like therapy.
A down-to-earth, conversational approach to therapy and healing
My Approach: Integrative Therapy
There’s no single path to healing. I use an integrative approach, blending therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices in a way that fits who you are and what you need most right now. Therapy isn’t about following a formula. It’s about finding a good fit and finding what helps you come home to yourself.
