About Michele Wolf
Registered Psychotherapist - Collingwood, Ontario

You've spent a long time taking care of everything and everyone.
This is a space to take care of yourself.
Therapy offers something most of us rarely give ourselves — time and space to slow down, turn inward, and begin to understand what's actually going on beneath the surface.
This is where that starts.
HI, I'M MICHELE

Helping you find your way
For more than 12 years, my practice has supported women in exactly this place — trying to live up to expectations that don't fit who they are anymore.
This work unfolds gently and at a pace that feels right for you. All you need to bring is a willingness to show up. I'll meet you there with warmth and without judgement.
You already have the insight and strength. I'm here to help you access it.
What therapy with me feels like
Clients describe sessions as a place where they can finally say the thing they haven't been able to say anywhere else and have it met with clarity rather than judgement. Together we begin to make sense of what has felt confusing or hard to name.
Over time, something starts to shift. Not all at once, and not always in the ways you expect. But gradually, the pressure eases. Things that once felt stuck begin to move. And you start to trust yourself a little more. That's what I want for you.
If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
Therapy is about finding your way back to yourself
Curious about how I work?
Therapy works best when it's tailored, not just to what you're dealing with, but to who you are. My approach draws from years of training across a range of evidence-based practices and is shaped by the simple belief that feeling genuinely understood is where real change begins.
Beyond the therapist chair
While I’m a Registered Psychotherapist, I'm also a fellow human who knows that life can be confusing, painful, beautiful, tender, and complex, often all at once.
Over the years, I’ve moved through many of the stages my clients are navigating now. From the wide-open years of young adulthood to the demanding, exhilarating years of raising children alongside work and building a career. Unexpected changes and upheavals arrived without warning. And now, with my own adult children creating lives of their own, there is a new chapter that brings its own questions and freedoms.
These lived experiences have deepened my understanding of what it means to be human in the middle of a full life. And they continue to shape how I show up as a therapist: with openness, grounded presence, and the kind of compassion that comes from knowing, not just studying, what hard times feel like.

On top of Cox Bay Lookout, Tofino, B.C. Hair wild, heart full. This hike was steep, messy, and a little challenging … but worth it. A little like life, and a little like therapy.
