About Michele Wolf, Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario

Hi, I’m Michele.

I’m someone who believes in slowing down, asking thoughtful questions, and creating space for what’s real. While I’m a Registered Psychotherapist, I'm also a fellow human who knows that life can be confusing, painful, beautiful, tender, and complex—often all at once. I bring warmth, honesty, and care to my work, and I value genuine connection over quick fixes.

I believe therapy doesn’t have to be clinical or cold to be effective. In fact, real change often starts in spaces where you can simply be human—where you don’t have to perform, filter, or figure everything out alone.

Over the years, I’ve walked through many life stages—from the carefree years of young adulthood to the busy, demanding years of parenting, work, and unexpected changes. Now, with adult children creating lives of their own, I’m in a new chapter. These lived experiences have deepened my understanding of life’s complexities and continue to shape how I show up as a therapist—with empathy, insight, and respect for your unique path.

Your relationship with yourself affects everything in your life.

My Approach: Integrative Therapy

There’s no single path to healing. I use an integrative approach—blending therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices in a way that fits who you are and what you need most right now.

Healing and Personal Growth

You don’t have to keep carrying the weight of everything you’ve been through. Life can sometimes feel like an uphill climb—no matter how hard you try, the fear, overwhelm, or sense of being stuck just won’t lift.
Together, we’ll explore what’s at the root of those feelings, work through the pain, and help you move forward in a way that feels lighter, more grounded, and full of possibility.

Whether you're healing from the past or navigating the challenges of the present, integrative therapy offers more than symptom relief. It supports emotional growth, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself. My hope is that our work together helps you feel clearer, more balanced, and more aligned with who you truly are—so you can create a life that feels meaningful and your own.

Heal within. Live with more aliveness.
