Collingwood Psychotherapy - Online Therapy in Ontario

Life can sometimes be a lot. Like... a lot a lot.

It can feel overwhelming, confusing, painful, and disheartening. Even getting through the day can feel really hard. You may be experiencing loss, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, betrayal, anger, or feeling stuck. We all go through times when it's hard to see a way forward.

Let’s talk it through—no pressure, no judgement, and no filters required.

It's time for you

We all know how much better life feels when we’re grounded—in balance, at peace, and connected to a sense of aliveness. But over time, unhelpful patterns, the effects of trauma, self-doubt, and strained relationships can take root—and sometimes grow even stronger.

Therapy creates a transformative space to pause, reflect, and heal. It offers emotional relief, clarity, trauma processing, and a path to reconnect with who you truly are.

Meet Michele

Welcome

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience supporting adults across Ontario. I work with people navigating life’s challenging moments—offering a down-to-earth, trauma-informed space where you are free to explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences.

At the heart of my approach is the belief that you already hold inner wisdom—therapy can help you reconnect with it. If you tend to overthink, overextend or simply feel stuck, our work can help you come home to yourself with more clarity, compassion, and choice.

There’s space for whatever you're feeling. You don’t need to have it all figured out—let’s just begin, one conversation at a time.

Heal past wounds

Old experiences—especially those we’ve tried to minimize or forget—can quietly shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. In therapy, we’ll work gently and at your pace to understand your story and begin the process of healing.

Strengthen your relationships

Whether you're navigating boundaries, patterns of people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others, therapy can help you build relationships that are more honest, balanced, and aligned with who you truly are.

Find your calm

When life feels chaotic or too much, it’s hard to find your footing. Therapy offers space to slow down, reconnect with your body and emotions, and learn how to regulate your nervous system—so you can feel more at ease, inside and out.
